Kings Lake News

We love to brag about our students and graduates and all they have accomplished. Stop by our News page often to find out what our Cougars are up to.

Flag Etiquette

ROTC Leader Rudy Cardona came to visit our school and teach our students about proper flag etiquette. Our flag pole was looking pretty lonely without an American flag hanging from it. We knew we wanted to educate our students on proper flag protocol.

Rudy Cardona came to our school and helped us learn how to properly raise and fold the American flag. We are so thankful for his service. Our school now flies the American flag everyday.

Halloween Fun

View more photos of students celebrating HalloweenCelebrating Halloween was fun and exciting for everyone at Kings Lake Education Center. Students showed off their artistic and creative talents in our pumpkin art Halloween contest. Take a few minutes and check out many of the amazing pumpkins entered in the contest. Anderson Farms donated the pumpkins used for the contest. Thank you, Anderson Farms for your generous donation!

We appreciate the books donated by Thomas Nelson and the MJ project. Please see the picture of Mr. Brazier posing with a few of the donated books.

Special Guest Speakers

Recently, our students had the privilege of hearing special guest speakers talk about different aspects of life, service, literature, and community. We appreciate the visitors sharing their stories and knowledge.
